This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom penthouse condo is on the top floor of the White Mountain Lodge in The Village at Mammoth. Situated at the end of the building, the unit overlooks the main plaza, with amazing panoramic views of Mammoth and the surrounding mountains. Not shadowed by surrounding buildings in the complex, this location receives full sun all day for beautiful warmth and light in the winter, and light without the direct sun in the summer months.

Mammoth is a year-round resort town that offers world-class skiing, ice skating, fishing, golfing, biking, and hiking, among many other activities. In the winter, The Village takes to the slopes of Mammoth Mountain with 3,500 skiable acres, an average of 400 inches of snow, and 300 sunny days per year. The Gondola is only 54 steps from the front door of the condo, and it provides immediate access up the mountain for skiing and snowboarding. In summertime, the plaza is a showcase for live bands, the movie series, and loads of family entertainment that can all be viewed from above on your own balcony. You can access paved or unpaved biking and hiking trails right across from The Village. The paved pathways go for miles, circling around lakes and streams with amazing scenery. Enjoy a nice picnic overlooking the lake, rent kayaks and boats for some afternoon fishing, or go for a swim in a beautiful lake. If you are looking for a break from the adrenaline, relax or play in The Village pool, enjoy shopping, restaurants, spa, and entertainment right at your doorstep. For a perfect scenic day trip, Yosemite National Park, Mono Lake, and Bodie (ghost town) are all within a one-hour drive.

Come play on our Ranch! Quail Meadows’ 32+ acres of land, with spectacular views, gives you endless areas to explore. Enjoy a 5 star quality Custom Built Log Home that boasts gorgeous use of hardwood floors, humongous Quartzite kitchen island, and artisan stone work. Our 6 bedroom, 4 bath, home features: a large game room with pool table, dinning room, a “screen room” to watch your favorite movies or just relax, a reading nook for those quiet moments, LED TVs with streaming video in many of the rooms, forced air heating and air conditioning throughout, outdoor spacious patios, built in BBQ, a ping pong table, sitting areas with chaise lounges, perfect for sunbathing and enjoying the spectacular views. Beyond the patios are a huge hot tub, firepit, pool, horseshoes, a pond, and acres and acres of places to explore or just run around. Pool, hot tub, and fire pit are new and do not show in all the photos. And don’t forget to have some fun in the “Hangar” across the property, where you can shoot some hoops, play shuffleboard or maybe a little hop scotch or 4square. When supper is ready, ring the dinner bell, and bring the whole crew in to share your adventures over a relaxing meal.

The kitchen is well equipped and offers a convenient eating bar, so the chef never feels left out. The outdoor tables are enough for the whole group. Formal indoor dining area, off the kitchen, comfortably seats 10.

Year round you can visit the local towns and wineries, play endless games on the 32+ acres, soak in the hot tub, and will thoroughly enjoy watching the local wildlife: quail, geese, ducks, a family of deer, and numerous other critters that call Quail Meadows Ranch their home.
